At GizmoLaxy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For EU customers, we will refund the original standard outbound shipping cost as part of your withdrawal refund.

Non-returnable Items Damaged items due to misuse, items without original packaging, or digital/downloadable products.

How to Return Submit a return request via your account page, or email us at gizmogalaxy143.official@gmail.com with your order number. EU customers are not required to provide a reason for their return.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund your order, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
