I connected it via HDMI without knowing anything, and now I can't use the touch panel... I was thinking of returning it, but it was my ignorance.
It doesn't work unless it's connected via USB, right?
I learned that the brightness cannot reach its maximum unless the power supply is connected for positive power supply.
The monitor does not match the stated specifications.
It's so good. It's so nice that it's touch-sensitive. Especially when connected to a Samsung phone, the touch screen is so essential in DEX mode that it feels like a whole new world. When connected via CtoC on the Galaxy S25fe, it connects directly in Dex mode without needing a separate power source, and you can use it like a computer by touching the screen.
I also like that there is a built-in standing stand on the back, and the HDMI port and cable are the right size, which is great.
I am very satisfied with this product as it has all the features I wanted.
Especially for those who use Samsung phones, even if you have to pay more, be sure to buy a touch monitor~ It's a whole new world compared to products without touch functionality.
everything is fine, good operation
Compliant quality. Normal touch function operation.
Although it's not the latest type of charging function,
It's a decent product.
